Sadhna Diwan, Ph.D., M.S

Dr. Diwan received an M.S. in Social Administration and a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from Case Western Reserve University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship from the National Institute on Aging (at the University of Michigan). Her research focuses on understanding the use of home and community based services and case management among older adults with dementia, depression, and chronic illnesses, and on understanding factors related to the physical and psychological well-being of older immigrants. She has numerous publications in the leading journals in gerontology and her research has been funded by various sources including the National Institute on Aging, the Hartford Foundation, the California Endowment, and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.
