Tammie Pitkin

Tammie Pitkin is currently the Senior Director of Health Plan Services at On Lok. With over 20 years of experience in the aging and senior services industry, she has held various leadership positions in health plan operations, aging and adult services and community engagement in both private and non-profit organizations. She has a continued passion in dedicating her work towards helping to serve and advocate for older adults and family caregivers in the health systems and long term care space.
